Building confidence, connection, and progress
Many parents reach a point where they feel burnt out and exhausted. After attempting everything they can, they are left feeling disempowered and stuck.
• Direct support with your child in preschool and community settings
• Guidance for you so progress continues outside of sessions
• Services provided under BCBA supervision

It’s not just the behavior - it’s everything around it.
You might be noticing:
• Transitions that feel more difficult than they used to
• Moments that escalate quickly
• Uncertainty around how to respond in the moment
Over time, this can feel exhausting - and even isolating.
Our goal is to help you better understand the behavior from a new perspective. One that enables you to respond with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
All services are provided under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring appropriate oversight and individualized support.
Our Approach
Support that is not only client-centered but collaborative, with compassionate-care at its fore-front!
Rather than focusing only on isolated 1-on-1 sessions, we work with your child in environments that your child is immersed in - preschool, home, and everyday routines. This method aims to support naturalistic learning and generalization of skills into real-life settings. Observations, suggestions, and practices conducted in-session with your child are shared with relevant stakeholders and feasible programming is collaboratively created. This way, support doesn’t stop when the session ends.

What Progress Can Look Like
Every child is different, but families often begin to notice:
01
Improved communication and expression
02
More successful interactions with peers
03
Smoother transitions between activities
04
Reduced frequency of challenging behaviors
05
A greater sense of ease in daily routines
06
More confidence in how to support your child
07
Less uncertainty in how to respond in the moment
Before You Reach Out
It’s okay to have questions before taking the next step
Reaching out for support can feel like a big decision - especially when it involves your child.
You might be wondering…
A Note On What Often Doesn't Work
Many families are given strategies that sound helpful in theory, but are difficult to apply in real, everyday situations.
Or they receive support that focuses only on sessions - without helping skills carry over into home or school.
When that happens, it can feel like you’re putting in effort without seeing lasting change.
This approach is designed to be different:
• Grounded in real-life environments
• Focused on understanding behavior, not just reacting to it
• Built to support both your child and you

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
If something here resonates with what you’ve been experiencing, we would love to connect with you.
We can start with a simple conversation about what’s been going on - and what support might look like from here.

Hi, I'm Ella
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have over 10 years of experience working with children in educational, clinical, and community settings, supporting both neurotypical children and those with diverse diagnoses. I spent three years working as a preschool teacher in Charlotte, where I developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and classroom-based support.
I am currently a Behavioral Consultant at a preschool, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, I conduct observations and assessments, collect and graph behavioral data, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and analyze progress to inform ongoing programming. I also provide training and support to teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent, evidence-based strategies across environments. I value collaboration and actively work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support meaningful progress for each child.
